We believe in-person collaboration is essential for building meaningful connections, making quick strategic decisions, and creating a dynamic team culture. We also recognize the value of working from home to enable focused heads-down execution, more quality time with family, and the flexibility to take breaks from commuting.
Our hybrid approach is designed to capture the best of both worlds: three days in the office to engage and connect, with (up to two) days working remotely to support flexibility and focus. Therefore, interested candidates need to be able to commute to one of our offices in either San Francisco or New York City.
